Pitching

Once shortlisted, you receive the company's financials and any supporting materials to prepare a tailored pitch. You submit your pitch through the platform and select one of the owner's proposed meeting dates. The pitch takes place in person or via call, giving you a chance to demonstrate your expertise

If the owner chooses your team, you move forward as the lead advisor on the transaction. Upon completion of the transaction, the transaction value and the fees earned must be reported through the platform for the purpose of calculating Matchmakr's success fee.

If your profile matches the company's requirements, you may be shortlisted by the owner. Matchmakr provides feedback on your fit, helping you understand why you were selected or rejected. Shortlisting gives you the chance to compete for the opportunity alongside up to two other well-matched advisors

You can apply to deals that match your expertise, outlining your relevant deal experience. You also indicate which team members you would assign, tailoring your application to the company's sector and even language requirements. This ensures your proposal aligns with the owner's needs and maximizes your chances of being shortlisted
