About Matchmakr

Born from the desire to bring transparency to a traditionally opaque market, Matchmakr bridges the gap between SME owners and M&A advisors.

For entrepreneurs - especially those in remote regions with limited access to Switzerland's main financial hubs - finding the right expertise has often been difficult. For advisors, sourcing suitable mandates without resorting to unsolicited outreach is just as challenging. Matchmakr solves both limitations by creating a transparent, efficient, and trusted matchmaking platform that addresses the strictest requirements.

Founded in 2025 by two co-founders, our mission is simple: make the M&A sourcing process more accessible, fair, and aligned for everyone involved.
